05-28-14 – 9 Weeks After Surgery
Misty took a walk around the yard so I grabbed my camera and got some photos of my pretty girl on her walk.
Her fur is growing back nicely, but there is still a noticeable difference in length on her back. Â She is starting to feel fluffy again when I pet her, and I think if her fur were all that length it would be hard to tell it wasn’t fully grown in.

Somewhere around the time I took this photo is when I got bitten by a fire ant. Â See what I do for you, Tripawds?

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! I hate fire ants! But you know what, if it’s any consolation these photos are GORRRRRGEOUS! Totally worth a little sting, they’re keepers. Thank you for the smiles, I love seeing Misty getting out there and enjoying life.
